Rajib is a development practitioner specializing in rural livelihoods, micro-enterprises, value chains, FPO development and innovation enterprises with 3 decades of experience across more than 20 Indian states. He has served government and bilateral programs—from state missions in Odisha, Kerala, Jharkhand, and Chhattisgarh to major initiatives like WORLP & OTELP, CHIRAG, JSLPS, Kudumbashree, OLM, and CAPART. Rajib has established centers of excellence, mentored start-ups, and advised FPOs, leveraging expertise in planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, resource mobilization, and documentation. His thematic strengths span agriculture, watershed- Natural Resource management, NTFPs (Non-Timber Forest Produce), cooperatives, SHGs, CSR-driven value-chain interventions, Market based strategy and impact assessment
