Manoj Kumar Puhan is a highly experienced professional in the development sector, possessing over 24 years of extensive experience, which includes 9 years of focused expertise in the field of development.

He holds a Master of Business Administration in Systems and Marketing Management from Utkal University. Manoj has successfully led significant programs across various thematic areas, including Natural Resource Management (NRM), agriculture and allied livelihoods, gender inclusion, public health, corporate social responsibility implementation, and monitoring and evaluation.

Throughout his career, he has contributed to and managed high-profile projects for esteemed organizations such as Intellecap Advisory Services, HDFC Bank, Save the Children, Vedanta, Oxfam, and the Odisha Livelihood Mission.

Manoj demonstrates proficiency in developing and customizing tools for baseline, midline, and end-line evaluations; training and supervising field teams; conducting both qualitative and quantitative research; and translating insights into actionable strategies. He is fluent in English, Hindi, and Odia, and possesses working proficiency in Bengali.
